Bear JL Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know Before You Play

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Bear JL. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and Bear JL ("we," "us," "the Platform," "Bear JL") governing your access to and use of the Bear JL online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at bearjl.app.

By registering an account on Bear JL, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Bear JL platform. Bear JL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use Bear JL, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Bear JL strictly prohibits gaming by minors and will verify age where required.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or otherwise in a jurisdiction where accessing Bear JL is lawful.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or affiliate of Bear JL or any of its related entities.
• You must not be self-excluded from Bear JL or any other gambling platform under a currently active self-exclusion agreement.
• You must register with accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all related accounts being closed.

Bear JL reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g. Philippine passport, SSS, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or UMID). Account functionality may be limited until verification is completed.

3Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bear JL login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. Bear JL strongly recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

You must not share your Bear JL account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your credentials have been compromised, you must notify Bear JL support immediately via live chat or email. Bear JL cannot be held liable for losses that occur before a breach is reported.

• Never share your password with another person, including Bear JL staff. We will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Do not use the Bear JL platform on unsecured public Wi-Fi networks for transactions.
• Notify support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at Bear JL are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Bear JL accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Bear JL wallet instantly upon successful processing. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Bear JL does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within 10 minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to a few hours depending on the receiving bank. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take up to 3-5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• Bear JL reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Funds in your Bear JL wallet must have been actively wagered before they can be withdrawn. Depositing funds and immediately requesting withdrawal without gaming activity may result in the withdrawal being delayed for review.
• Bear JL does not charge withdrawal fees. However, minimum withdrawal amounts may apply and will be clearly displayed at the time of requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts registered in the same name as the Bear JL player account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Bear JL offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the time the promotion is offered and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all Bear JL promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated on each individual promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically, live casino table games and sports bets may contribute less than slot or specialty games. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bear JL reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any player or to void bonus winnings if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or violation of the spirit of the promotion — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements with minimal genuine play.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Bear JL reserves the right to remove bonuses from accounts that it reasonably determines are being used primarily for bonus exploitation rather than genuine gameplay.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Opting into a new promotion while another is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Bear JL may change, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in games on Bear JL, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of each game or betting market and accept that the outcomes are final once confirmed by Bear JL's system or live dealers.

Sports Betting (including PBA Betting):

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g. PBA official results for Philippine Basketball Association games).
• In the event of a postponed or abandoned event, Bear JL will settle bets in accordance with industry-standard rules, which are available in the sportsbook help section. Generally, pre-game bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned.
• Live/in-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to data delays will be voided. Bear JL is not responsible for bets placed based on outdated information presented due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player after they have been submitted, unless a specific Cash Out option is available and exercised within the allowed window.
• Bear JL reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds ("palpable errors"). Players who place bets knowing the odds are incorrectly listed will have those bets voided regardless of outcome.

Live Casino and Card Games:

• All live casino games at Bear JL are operated by certified dealers and the results of each game round are final once confirmed by the dealer and the system.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game round, Bear JL will attempt to resolve the situation in line with the game provider's technical rules. If a round cannot be completed, the bet for that round will typically be voided and the stake returned to your wallet.
• Game results are logged and auditable. If you believe a game result was incorrect, you may contact support with the game round reference number and Bear JL will investigate.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bear JL. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in a report to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Dishonesty: Any attempt to defraud Bear JL or other players through false information, chargeback abuse, stolen payment methods, or any other dishonest means.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion with other players in poker, card games, or any other competitive format to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using Bear JL for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity. Bear JL is required to report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with Bear JL in a non-human manner or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of Bear JL bonuses through coordinated multi-account activity, chip dumping, or other methods designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access, use, or control your Bear JL account.
• Underage Gaming: Accessing Bear JL while under 21 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing Bear JL staff, dealers, or other players through any communication channel.

8Account Suspension and Closure

Bear JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• A player requesting self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under our Responsible Gaming tools.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in line with our inactive account policy.

Where an account is closed for violations, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money balances that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding investigations are completed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Bear JL account may do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe.

9Responsible Gaming

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Bear JL platform — including but not limited to the Bear JL brand name, logo, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Bear JL or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Bear JL platform solely for personal, recreational use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the Bear JL platform without express written permission from Bear JL.

Any unauthorised use of Bear JL's intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and may give rise to legal claims for damages.

11Limitation of Liability

Bear JL's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bear JL excludes all liability for:

• Any financial loss resulting from your use of the platform, including losses from placing bets or participating in casino games.
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond Bear JL's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any decisions made based on information provided on the Bear JL platform that prove to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by Bear JL's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

Bear JL collects data including but not limited to your name, mobile number, date of birth, payment information, and gaming activity. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with regulatory obligations, and improve the platform. Bear JL does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are posted on the Bear JL platform. Your continued use of Bear JL after amended Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Minor corrections, such as typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms, may be made at any time without formal notice.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Bear JL shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with support, Bear JL will engage in good-faith mediation as a first step before litigation is pursued.
